Marketing Manager, LVL Experimentation, Kyprolis & Aimovig

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support to advance LVL experiments (support 6–8 experiment teams/portfolio as needed).
- Analyze experiment results and marketing performance; identify insights and recommend optimization/scaling opportunities.
- Assess external commercial vendors for new capabilities/technologies (under direction of LVL SPO or senior managers).
- Optimize current channels, processes, and brand management opportunities with ED/LVL SPO.
- Refine the overall experiment project management process with ED.
- Develop and execute Kyprolis marketing tactics across websites, email, search, media, digital programs, and omnichannel tactics.
- Lead SFMC editorial calendar (create assets, get MAC approvals, launch, measure results).
- Own and manage the Kyprolis team budget to ensure timely, accurate execution.
- Serve as point of contact for Kyprolis brand team for congress/conferences.
- Drive Aimovig omnichannel orchestration and measurement (including patient support channel execution).

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years marketing/business (Marketing/Sales commercial role)
- OR Master’s + 4 years
- OR Bachelor’s + 6 years
- OR Associate’s + 10 years
- OR HS/GED + 12 years

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years marketing in biotech/pharma/healthcare.
- Experience with HCP/patient/consumer/field-facing marketing tactics (e.g., websites, email, media, sales materials, peer-to-peer, digital engagement).
- KPI dashboards/measurement plans/performance readouts.
- Strong project management across workstreams, timelines, agencies/vendors, and budgets.
- Agency/vendor management; operate in matrixed/ambiguous environments.
