Responsibilities:
- Define, plan and oversee execution of the omnichannel marketing strategy, driving patient engagement, resource utilization, and patient support throughout the Dermatology treatment experience across all channels.
- Lead channel strategy and development of: Field/Patient Engagement marketing tactics, Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps, Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print.
- Partner with Operations to plan and lead execution of CRM to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including integration with other patient services platforms.
- Provide oversight of agency relationships (Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Measurement, Digital, Media, Finance).
- Write omnichannel marketing briefs and support Marketing Manager I; anticipate potential barriers affecting campaign delivery.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics & Business Insights to establish omnichannel learning agendas and measurement plans to evaluate patient and HCP strategies.
- Extract insights from measurement activities and recommend optimization; foster a test-and-learn environment.
- Maintain evolving patient and HCP insights to refine the treatment experience.
- Deliver marketing objectives/strategies to technology partners to inform Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva, and Five9 enhancements, integrations, and service innovations.
- Drive service innovation by monitoring and sharing brand/digital transformation/service industry trends.
- Create and present marketing communication plans and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous marketing experience required.
- 5+ years of brand, omnichannel, and digital marketing experience preferred (pharma, patient service, or service-related industry).
- Proficient understanding of brand positioning, omnichannel strategy, end-to-end campaign management, and finance management.
- Strong background in patient or HCP service and retention strategies.
- Strong planning/organization, attention to detail, execution agility, and follow-through.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage partnerships (agencies and production vendors).
- Demonstrated collaboration with marketers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
