Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of HCP marketing strategies and tactical plans for Multiple Myeloma.
- Partner with Marketing Directors and cross-functional teams to develop and execute HCP marketing plans.
- Contribute to annual business planning, brand strategy, and tactical planning using market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand performance.
- Develop and implement HCP segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage execution of HCP-focused promotional campaigns across personal, non-personal, digital, print, peer-to-peer, and omnichannel channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and agencies to ensure effective and compliant initiatives.
- Gather/analyze customer insights to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
- Support HCP educational resources, promotional materials, congress initiatives, speaker programs, and peer-to-peer engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and market trends to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage projects, budgets, agency relationships, and timelines; support launch planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare commercial experience with progression in marketing.
- Hematology and/or Multiple Myeloma experience preferred.
- Experience developing/supporting HCP marketing initiatives; product launch experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HCP promotion, engagement models, and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, agencies).
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Oncology marketing experience preferred; congress/speaker/advisory board/field-facing experience preferred.
