The Marketing Manager (MM) designs, develops, and implements commercial plans, programs, and promotional materials to build market leadership with a key focus on Health Care Provider (HCP). The MM works closely with multiple commercial operations departments to support product launch, product support, and sales execution. The MM leads without direct reports and builds a collaborative, integrated commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HCP-focused tactics aligned to the strategic brand plan and personal promotional activities.
- Support strategy and tactics for upcoming product launches.
- Manage external industry conferences and engage external customers.
- Perform budget tracking.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional programs to achieve product sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Direct marketing to targeted audiences, ensuring communications align to segment-specific drivers.
- Monitor and analyze company and industry sales/marketing data.
- Proactively support the sales force with product plan communications and selling materials.
- Conduct routine field travel; participate in market research and patient immersions.
- Manage internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners.
- Evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams; communicate effectively up, down, and laterally.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years general marketing or 3+ years pharma oncology marketing experience with project/agency management.
- 3–5 years leading independent projects.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
- Budget development/management knowledge.
- Strong collaboration, analytics, business acumen.
- Experience influencing matrix partners and working cross-functionally.
- Leadership skills; build relationships with senior management and external partners.

Preferred:
- Brand marketing/launch experience; pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
- Strategic planning knowledge; strong PowerPoint/presentation skills.
- Market research experience; experience managing multiple external agencies.
- MBA or graduate degree.
