Support the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives for the Multiple Myeloma portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of HCP marketing tactics and promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Directors and cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans and support key brand initiatives.
- Assist in development, review, and execution of HCP promotional materials across digital, print, personal, and non-personal channels.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and agency partners to support timely marketing project execution.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing recommendations.
- Support congress planning, speaker programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and other HCP engagement efforts.
- Monitor promotional program performance and analyze customer engagement metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables.
- Participate in annual/tactical planning and brand review by providing data and execution support.
- Support product launch readiness and ongoing lifecycle management for the Multiple Myeloma franchise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or related commercial experience.
- Hematology preferred; Multiple Myeloma plus.
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, commercial operations, or related business functions in healthcare/life sciences.
- Exposure to HCP marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel promotional activities preferred.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Strong project management/organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and customer insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Agency partner/vendor experience plus.
- Oncology experience preferred.
