The Marketing Manager I/II, Immunology Payer Marketing, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing payer marketing plans and programs to support the in-field team in securing and maintaining market access, with a focus on launch indications. Works cross-functionally with market access account teams, medical, market research, sales training, regulatory, HEOR, marketing analytics, and brand marketing; and partners with agencies/consultants.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Develop and execute high-impact payer marketing tactics and marketing materials through review processes.
- Provide in-depth insights from product/market assessments and assimilate stakeholder feedback to make strategic/tactical recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to align business strategy.
- Partner with brand colleagues to support brand priorities and indication launches.
- Work with Market Access teams to understand payer policies/drivers, identify opportunities, and conceptualize solutions.
- Track and manage marketing budget; manage multiple projects to deliver timely work products.
- Track launch execution on payer formulary adoption.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes.
- Proactively support account teams with ongoing communications of marketing programs.
- Serve as Market Access lead on Integrated Operations Team to ensure launch alignment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; 3+ years pharma marketing experience.
- Experience with Veeva.
- Apply marketing concepts (portfolio value story, SWOT, competitive assessment, market research, objectives/strategies, account segmentation).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with payer policy documents.
- Strong planning/organization, attention to detail, execution urgency, follow-through.
- Analytical skills including budget analysis/tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree/MBA or previous sales/marketing experience.
- Experience across multiple therapeutic categories.
- Launch experience, market access experience, and/or account executive experience.
