Marketing Manager I/II, HCP β Oral Migraine (Grade 18 or 19)
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the patient and ensure marketing activities align with target audience needs.
- Design and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported to drive oral migraine growth.
- Integrate customer feedback and research insights; monitor progress against brand milestones and recommend actions to optimize brand performance.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure business strategy alignment and regulatory compliance of promotional material.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure ROI and achievement of brand objectives.
- Proactively identify problems and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
- Support marketing budget for area of responsibility.
- Manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Continually evaluate marketing program effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes.
- Apply new technologies to marketing within a regulated environment.
- Proactively support the sales force with ongoing communications of marketing programs.
- Develop marketing plans/programs including brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT, competitive assessment, market research, objectives/strategies, and patient segmentation.
- Foster relationships across MIGRAINE marketing, sales, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross-franchise teams.
- Work with agencies, consultants, key opinion leaders, and co-marketing partners to drive the business and achieve launch ambitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree.
- Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- 5+ years brand marketing/consumer promotion or equivalent complex project management experience in medical/scientific function.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning/organization, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
