Main Responsibilities
- Patient Marketing & FIND Execution (40%): Execute patient identification/screening/diagnosis acceleration tactics supporting global FIND strategy; run patient marketing campaigns, patient journey initiatives, and patient support program roll-outs; develop and execute omnichannel patient engagement (digital platforms, patient education resources, multichannel campaigns); collaborate with global stakeholders to support patient advocacy; coordinate cross-functional inputs for consistent compliant patient-centric messaging; track/report KPIs for FIND effectiveness, patient engagement, and journey outcomes.
- HCP Marketing Execution (40%): Support Marketing Director on HCP brand positioning/messaging and Go-to-Market tactics across branded/unbranded initiatives; execute omnichannel HCP engagement (digital, multichannel campaigns, HCP education); coordinate development/deployment of HCP marketing materials with promotional regulation and review processes; liaise with US/EU country teams to adapt/deploy assets locally; support congress strategy; support development of field tools/training; gather market insights/HCP feedback and share with Director.
- Agency Management & Administration (20%): Support HCP/patient agency relationships (briefings, timeline tracking, quality review); coordinate deliverables to ensure on-time/on-budget execution; assist with budget tracking/reconciliation/reporting; support brand planning administration.
About You
- Basic Experience/Qualifications: 4+ years marketing experience across HCP and patient marketing (pharma/biotech or medical devices); omnichannel and digital marketing execution required; US and/or EU country team experience preferred; rare disease/specialty care/launch exposure preferred; exposure to FIND/disease awareness a plus; knowledge of promotional regulations/compliance (branded/unbranded); strong execution and multi-workstream deadline management; comfortable in matrix environment with senior stakeholders and country teams; Bachelorβs required (science/healthcare plus).
- Skills/Competencies: Execution mindset; patient-centric approach; HCP engagement knowledge; collaboration/communication; project management; cross-market agility; digital/omnichannel expertise; learning agility.
