Market Access
Main Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of the Head of Market Access, Vaccines across various forums.
- Drive strategic clarity and alignment across the Market Access organization, including ownership of priorities, updates, and changes.
- Translate enterprise and market access strategy into clear direction within the Market Access and Vaccines Commercial organization.
Priorities and Updates
- Ensure alignment between Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other key functions.
- Own onboarding and integration of new initiatives into Market Access.
- Drive focus, prioritization, and execution discipline across competing priorities.
Resource Alignment and Changes
- Translate enterprise strategy into Market Access priorities and actions.
- Serve as the agenda-setting filter for highest-impact initiatives.
- Ensure Market Access strategies are translated into actionable plans for the commercial organization.
- Act as Market Access Project Lead for new strategic initiatives and pilots (e.g., credit card project, Vaxcare model).
- Assess, prioritize, and integrate new projects; ensure initiatives are defined, resourced, and sequenced effectively.
- Monitor/report progress, remove execution barriers, and ensure priorities are understood enterprise-wide.
- Support leadership agendas, business updates, and strategic communications; ensure consistent priority communication.
- Ensure decisions are aligned, documented, and executed; synthesize field insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence; identify risks/gaps/opportunities; provide actionable insights to leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in life sciences, management consulting, commercial, financial services, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of health system dynamics and portfolio selling environments.
- Proven ability to operate in complex matrix organizations; translate strategy into actionable direction.
- Strong prioritization, planning, execution, and written/verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Strategic business acumen; lead cross-functional/enterprise initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset; strong data analytics.
- Proficient with MS Office.
