Market Access Leader - Southeast

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, responsible for securing and maintaining favorable access for radiopharmaceutical and diagnostic products, including upcoming radioligand therapies, within the US healthcare landscape. Responsibilities: engage with providers, IDTFs, and hospitals to implement market access strategies, support site setup for new product launches, monitor market conditions, payer policies, and access trends to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics or biotech/pharma; self-starter with ability to work independently; willingness to travel ≥60%. Preferred: background in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, diagnostics, hub model experience, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
