Market Access Leader - Southeast

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, responsible for securing and maintaining favorable access for Lantheus' radiopharmaceutical portfolio, including upcoming radioligand therapy launches. Responsibilities: engage with providers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to implement market strategies, support site setups for new products, monitor payer policies, and adapt access strategies based on market conditions. Requirements: experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; strong understanding of the US payer landscape; self-starter with ability to work independently; willingness to travel over 60%. Preferred: hub model experience, radiopharmaceutical or diagnostics reimbursement expertise, strategic decision-making, relationship-building skills, and cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: focus on radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, diagnostics, with a field-based role supporting product launches in the US.
