Market Access Leader - Southeast

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focusing on securing and maintaining favorable access for Lantheus' radiopharmaceutical portfolio, including upcoming radioligand therapy launches. Responsibilities: engage with referring providers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to implement market access strategies; support site setup for new products; monitor market conditions, payer policies, and access landscape; develop relationships with key stakeholders; and inform strategic decisions. Requirements: proven experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; deep understanding of US payer markets; ability to work independently in a field-based role with 60%+ travel; strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
