Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, responsible for securing and maintaining favorable access for Lantheus’ radiopharmaceutical products, including upcoming radioligand therapies, across diagnostic centers and hospitals in the US. Key responsibilities include engaging with healthcare providers and payers to implement market access strategies, supporting site setup for new product launches, and monitoring market conditions, payer policies, and access trends to inform strategic decisions. The position plays a strategic role within the market access team, ensuring coverage, coding, payment, and policy alignment. Requirements: Field-based, self-starting professional with experience in coverage, coding, payment, or policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma industries; preferred background in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics, with a solid understanding of US payer dynamics—both commercial and public. Must demonstrate strong stakeholder relationship skills, strategic planning, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities. Travel is extensive (60%+). Preferred qualifications include experience in hub models, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills. The role emphasizes independence, strategic impact, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on advancing access for innovative biopharma products, including radioligands, within regulatory and payer frameworks.
