Market Access Leader - South Central

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focuses on securing and maintaining favorable access for radiopharmaceuticals, including new radioligand therapies, through engagement with providers, imaging centers, and hospitals. Responsibilities: develop and execute market access strategies, support site setup for product launches, monitor payer policies and market conditions, and build high-level stakeholder relationships. Requirements: experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; strong understanding of US payer landscape for both commercial and public payers; field-based with the ability to travel 60%+; self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Preferred: hub model experience, radiopharmaceutical/reimbursement expertise, strategic decision-making, and relationship development skills.
