Market Access Leader - South Central

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader focusing on radiopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and imaging products, including upcoming radioligand therapy launches. Objectives: ensure favorable market access by engaging with providers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals to implement access strategies, support site setup, and monitor market conditions. Responsibilities: develop relationships with key stakeholders, influence payer policies, and navigate coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes within the US payer landscape, both commercial and public. Requirements: experience in coverage, coding, payment, and policy within biotech/pharma or diagnostics, with preferred exposure to radiopharmaceuticals and imaging; field-based with ability to travel 60%+; self-starter with strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to operate independently. Preferred: strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, relationship development at high levels, and adeptness in market and payer dynamics.
