Market Access Leader- Mid-Atlantic

Role: Senior market access strategist focused on radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring favorable reimbursement and access for current and upcoming products, including a first radioligand therapy launch. Responsibilities: serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement issues, educate providers on Lantheus services, support patient referral processes, develop and execute territory business plans, and collaborate across functions (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) to optimize market access. Requirements: BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related; 5+ years in reimbursement, coverage, coding, and policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; deep understanding of US payer landscape, experience with radiopharmaceuticals or diagnostic imaging preferred; field-based, self-starter with ability to travel 60%+; strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
