Market Access Leader- Mid-Atlantic

Role: Associate Director, Market Access Leader, focusing on securing and optimizing access to Lantheus’ radiopharmaceutical portfolio, including upcoming radioligand therapies. Responsibilities: serve as subject matter expert for reimbursement issues, educate customers on services, support patient referrals, develop territory business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve market access goals. Requirements: BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related; 5+ years of experience in coverage, coding, payment, or policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma; strong understanding of US payer market, with radiopharmaceuticals or diagnostics experience preferred. Skills: self-starter with ability to work independently, excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities; proficient in navigating commercial and public payer systems. High-Value: field-based role in the US with substantial travel (~60%+); involvement in diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, and imaging, supporting product launches including radioligand therapy. Collaboration with internal teams and external healthcare providers to ensure market access and reimbursement strategies are effectively implemented.
