The Senior Manager of Marketing Research & Analytics for AbbVie Patient Services (APS) will design, implement, manage, analyze, and communicate marketing research and analytics initiatives across the portfolio on behalf of AbbVie Patient Services. Derive high-impact learnings from qualitative and quantitative primary/secondary research, behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and internal stakeholder initiatives; partner across APS verticals and with Brand partners and external agencies to inform strategic and tactical decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an intelligence partner across APS verticals (e.g., Marketing, Patient Services Strategy) with strategic insights and awareness of patient support trends.
- Lead custom research projects; manage suppliers and stakeholders.
- Synthesize learnings across research, analytics, and market intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and communicate knowledge of market, competitive trends, and industry developments.
- Design and execute measurement plans to assess execution, engagement, and impact of patient support programs.
- Coordinate quarterly program performance assessments (quarterly business reviews).
- Support data strategy to incorporate accurate data assets into agile, codeless, visualization-enabled analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage Brand and Market Access intelligence for AbbVie care model development.
- Present learnings confidently across all organizational levels; represent the voice of the customer.
- Manage onshore/offshore research and analytics suppliers; monitor programs within budget and identify cost savings.
- Ensure research and analytics activities follow financial and ethical compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA/PhD) preferred.
- 7+ years marketing research and/or analytics experience required.
- Pharmaceutical industry/data experience preferred (e.g., prescribing, sales, payer-prescriber, formulary, patient-level data).
- Strong analytical reasoning, business acumen, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Ability to present to all organizational levels.
- Proven high-performing team experience; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Aptitude in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
