Responsibilities:
- Run and support production activities in accordance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards; operate equipment (DAP lines, forklifts, hoists) and move products/materials.
- Lead the line, train junior technicians, and collaborate with other teams to meet production and quality goals.
- Complete batch documentation, keep areas clean/ready for inspection, and promptly report safety, quality, or equipment issues.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- GMP manufacturing experience (required).
- High school diploma or GED required (associateβs degree or higher preferred).
- At least 2 years related experience, or 1 year with an AA degree.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and follow work instructions in English.
Important Considerations:
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs; stand/walk for most of a 12-hour shift; perform repetitive motions.
- Work indoors around machinery; may require hearing/respiratory protection; gowning and controlled-area safety gear.
- Must not be allergic to cephalosporin for product-touch roles.
- Follow manufacturing appearance rules; flexible/non-traditional hours to support 24/7 operations (overtime, weekends, holidays, 12-hour shifts).
