Pay Range: First Shift 6am–2:30pm; Second Shift 2:30am–11pm
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs/work instructions; regulatory awareness for chemical handling; labeling; safety procedures; department SOPs.
- Use equipment properly and perform basic maintenance.
- Follow supervision priorities; document results and reference past batch records.
- Complete assigned compliance trainings; participate in continuous process improvement.
- Work independently on routine tasks; support/help team members.
- Learn multiple department functions; manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Primary operator of manufacturing equipment (including changeovers); understand/repair minor mechanical issues.
- Assist training of new/temporary hires; assist pack line (equipment pack line or manual pack line) operations.
- Identify process improvements; meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Manage time well; accept reasonable day-to-day work changes; perform other assigned duties.
Education & Experience / Qualifications
- High school or associate degree with 0+ years relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree with 0+ years.
- Teamwork and positive communication; strong oral/written English skills (read/comprehend English).
- Experience in a cGMP/ISO facility is a plus.

Minimum Physical Requirements
- Up to 8 hours seated; prolonged walking/standing; reach, talk/hear, keyboard/10 keys; repetitive motion.
- Lift up to 25 lbs; carry 10 feet; stoop/kneel; climb ladders.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 200 lbs up to 100 feet; work in cleanroom/freezer/noise areas.
