Location: Watertown, MA
Role Summary:
Manufacturing production builds in a GMP cleanroom environment; requires excellent hand/eye coordination and an eye exam.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute necessary builds adhering to governmental guidelines, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and company procedures.
- Schedule and plan daily manufacturing builds and duties in a team environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Maintain and complete manufacturing documents and quality records.
- Maintain accuracy and movement of raw materials, including job kitting and cycle counting.
- Maintain daily cleaning activities and logs for manufacturing areas and equipment.
- Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions.
- Guide other Associates in their assigned duties when needed.
- Work with all departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Manufacturing and Laboratory Safety experience.
- Previous experience working with medical device and microscope assembly work.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- Previous experience using semi-automated systems.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Two plus years of experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or medical device industry (not required).

- Salary range: $69,010—$86,863 USD.
