Manager, U.S. Medical Affairs, Liver Strategy (Foster City, CA)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of U.S. Medical Affairs liver strategy across PBC, HDV, other viral hepatitis, and emerging needs.
- Translate strategy into compliant, field-ready medical materials, digital resources, and conference/symposium deliverables.
- Create/revise/review/approve/deploy and manage lifecycle of medical content (e.g., slide decks, FAQs, training, advisory board content, congress summaries, digital education).
- Manage U.S. Medical Review Committee (MRC) process (submissions, reviewer feedback, version control, timely approvals).
- Partner cross-functionally (USMA Liver, Field Medical, GMA, Medical Information/Communications, Commercial, Clinical Development, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, Training, Operations, agencies).
- Lead/support digital and AI-enabled medical platform initiatives; identify compliant AI-enabled use cases.
- Support publication strategy/execution and congress “encore” planning.
- Monitor emerging data/guidelines to inform content and stakeholder education.

Requirements:
- Education: BS + 6+ years OR MS + 4+ years OR PhD + 0+ years (life sciences/health/scientific).
- Experience: scientific/clinical/Medical Affairs or related biopharma; developing/managing medical affairs content; digital engagement platforms/Veeva/CLM/MedDocs or similar; interpret clinical data and guidelines; strong written/verbal/visual communication.

Preferred:
- Experience with MRC/MLR/PRC; liver disease experience (PBC/HDV/HBV/HCV/cholestatic or adjacent).

Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary range: $146,540–$189,640; may be eligible for discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
