Role Responsibilities
- Co-develop and execute the U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program design (program structure, intern-to-full-time conversion process, onboarding, rotation management, performance metrics, compensation, program experience, and graduation path).
- Partner with U.S. Commercial business leaders to identify project managers, scope Associate-level project details, and facilitate rotational placements.
- Differentiate MBA vs. Undergraduate capabilities, career progression, and program expectations.
- Benchmark compensation to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- Directly manage and coach 30+ rotational associates.
- Design and implement associate community programming (social, learning, and career development) for developing the next generation marketer.
- Design and implement tailored onboarding, coaching, and mentorship structure.
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Use data-driven insights and stakeholder input to evolve program design.
- Define and track selection, performance, and quality-of-hire metrics; drive continuous improvement.
- Benchmark against external best practices and evolving market standards.
- Present insights, outcomes, and recommendations to People Experience (PX) and business leadership.
- Stay current on talent and marketing trends to align program strategy with business needs.
- Partner with PX and Early Talent Recruiting to evolve “Pfizer Futures” recruiting efforts and strengthen Pfizer’s employer brand for early-career marketing talent.
- Lead intern conversion process (measure internship performance, assess candidates, ensure stakeholder alignment across U.S. Commercial for conversion opportunities).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR master’s degree with at least 2 years; OR PhD with 0+ years; OR associate’s degree with 8 years; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10 years relevant experience.
- Experience designing and leading early-career or rotational programs.
- Experience in early talent recruiting or early talent pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, inclusion, and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, talent analytics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Experience independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal day-to-day direction.
- Proven project management and execution in highly matrixed or regulated environments; ability to self-manage, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; credibility with executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (building analyses, tracking complex workflows, creating executive-ready materials).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, comfort operating in regulated environments.

- Prior people management experience (plus).
