Market Access
Position Overview
- Develop and execute programs to support patient access to Fibromyalgia and migraine therapies, blending strategic planning with hands-on oversight and cross-team/external collaboration.

Responsibilities
Trade & Distribution Management
- Oversee wholesaler and specialty pharmacy activities (sales, marketing, reimbursement, product handling, inventory); ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.
- Manage distribution contracts (renewals, payment terms, collections, return goods processing) per company policies.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners on distribution/supply chain issues.
- Monitor wholesaler performance, contract compliance, inventory levels, ordering patterns, and distribution reporting.
- Support pricing updates, chargeback reconciliation, and data accuracy.
- Assist Senior Director of Trade with wholesaler agreements and distribution operations.

Market Access & Patient Support (PSS) Operations
- Support execution and continuous improvement to optimize patient access and reimbursement.
- Track/analyze KPIs and prepare performance/business-impact reporting.
- Maintain documentation/SOPs and ensure compliance.
- Support hub/specialty pharmacy business reviews and QBR materials.
- Serve as SME for analytics informing brand/leadership decisions.

Vendor Management & Operational Efficiency
- Primary day-to-day contact for Market Access/PSS vendors; ensure service levels and issue resolution.
- Support vendor performance reviews and scorecards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and accrual tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Trade, Field Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Market Access to ensure aligned execution and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited college/university).
- 5+ years of Trade & Distribution experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Skills (Required/Preferred)
- Knowledge of distribution networks (wholesalers, specialty distributors, retail/specialty pharmacies).
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, PBM/reimbursement, billing, compliance/coding, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with AOP process; understanding of financials, POs, and budgets.
- Strong communication/presentation, project management, issue resolution, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets (e.g., 867, 852) and government pricing regulations.
