Manager - Technical Recruiter M&Q

Role: Manager - Technical Recruiter for Lilly's Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q) organization, responsible for full-cycle recruiting at the new greenfield site in Huntsville, Alabama, supporting the scale-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including oral GLP-1 medicines. Responsibilities: build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, lead candidate evaluation, negotiate offers, and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes. Requirements: minimum high school diploma, 5+ years recruiting scientific, manufacturing, or technical roles within regulated industries like pharma or biotech; strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with start-ups or regulated biotech/pharma environments. High-value specifics: focus on biopharma manufacturing talent for a rapidly scaling, next-generation site, with onsite presence up to 3 days/week. Work setup: individual contributor role based in Huntsville, Alabama.
