Primary responsibilities:
- Manage the GxP Quality Training program, including designing/evaluating training architecture within the LMS
- Create and revise role-based training curricula aligned to functional responsibilities
- Manage onboarding by facilitating Quality onboarding training, verifying account creation, and assigning curricula in Eyepoint’s LMS
- Support creation/revision of training-related SOPs, work instructions, and training materials with SMEs
- Design and produce digital learning resources (web-based training, videos, interactive modules)
- Co-create and curate self-paced training resources and multimedia assets (e.g., courses, programs, virtual/mixed reality)
- Advise SMEs on content conceptualization and sharing
- Provide training and support to employees on LMS usage
- Develop training materials using instructional design principles
- Facilitate GxP training as needed
- Oversee training compliance across departments; publish periodic training reports and escalate compliance issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support LMS upgrades and change management
- Support timely closure of relevant Quality System records
- Identify and participate in initiatives to improve the training program, LMS, and training content
- Support development of Quality Management Review content to measure training effectiveness
- Support audits/regulatory inspections by providing training reports/documentation or assigned tasks
- Provide oversight and timely response to training-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance for employees’ resumes/CVs, signature ID cards, and job descriptions
- Ensure timely generation and review of content for Annual GxP refresher training

Primary skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of GxP and Quality Systems principles (US, EU, and other relevant regulatory guidance)
- Ability to design and develop engaging, detail-oriented digital training content; strong storytelling and design skills
- Ability to translate complex technical/scientific concepts into clear, engaging content for technical and non-technical audiences
- Superior organization; able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to train GXP personnel one-on-one and in groups
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written/verbal communication; excellent cross-functional customer service
- Proficiency in adult learning and instructional design
- Champions continuous process improvement
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other requirements:
- Experience administering electronic learning management systems
- Experience administering training programs in life sciences or other highly regulated industries

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
- Manager level: 2+ years in instructional design and scripting (video/audio/animated explainers/VR or similar); 2+ years with digital learning formats/tools; 2+ years applying learning theory/adult learning techniques
- Sr. Manager level: 6+ years in instructional design and scripting (video/audio/animated explainers/VR or similar); 6+ years with digital learning formats/tools; 6+ years applying learning theory/adult learning techniques
