Responsibilities:
- Support and maximize access to specialty brands, biosimilars, and complex generics via relationships with specialty pharmacy partners and key accounts (IDNs/healthcare systems).
- Evaluate and manage specialty pharmacy partners; develop and maintain current partnerships; cultivate new relationships with specialty pharmacy decision-makers.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Teva specialty portfolio, pricing, payer coverage policies/processes, and new product pipeline.
- Drive pharmacy engagement strategies; identify market opportunities to position Teva products based on customer/market needs.
- Liaison across Market Access, brand teams, Sales, Patient Services, Trade; plan/lead/execute specialty pharmacy business reviews (quarterly).
- Support launch plan/execution for new products in specialty pharmacies (incl. Legal contracts, HUB integration, and REMS guideline establishment).
- Ensure compliant interactions; communicate regularly with management on patient access opportunities/challenges.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry/institutional/trade and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
- Specialty Pharmacy space/trade experience preferred; account management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated functional expertise in reimbursement, market access, and pharmacy/medical benefit investigation.
- Strong healthcare market expertise; deep understanding of IM business priorities and market trends.
- Bilingual is a plus.

- Territory: FL, GA, MS, AL, LA, AR, Puerto Rico.
- Travel: up to 50%.
- Salary: $137,520–$171,900; eligible for sales incentive plan.
