What Youβll Do
We are seeking a strategist to lead Omnichannel & Media efforts for our first approved commercial product. Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, this person will translate brand strategy into an integrated, field-aligned media plan and ensure seamless execution across HCP and patient audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead omnichannel efforts by owning and managing the integrated digital plan, aligning channel tactics to brand strategy and ongoing clinical milestones.
- Develop and execute digital and media strategies across channels, including websites, email, SEO, organic social platforms, and all paid media channels.
- Maintain and reinforce a measurement framework: define KPIs, tagging plans, dashboards, and optimization processes.
- Lead agency and vendor management across media, web development, CRM operations, and creative partners.
- Ensure digital touchpoints reflect scientific accuracy, brand integrity, privacy policies, and are optimized for target audiences.
- Evaluate and lead test/pilot opportunities for digital innovation.
- Advise brand marketing leads on translating complex scientific/clinical content into engaging digital formats.
- Build scalable omnichannel processes, templates, and best practices for repeatable future launches.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a strong focus on paid media channels.
- Successful product launch experience required.
- Biotech/pharma experience with rare disease strongly preferred.
- Experience managing content/channel strategy, website optimization, and SEO programs in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with pharma/biotech stacks and workflows (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, Veeva ecosystem).
- Familiarity with MLR process, healthcare compliance, privacy (e.g., HIPAA), and digital accessibility best practices.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven self-starter able to define objectives and pivot.
