Purpose:
Manager, Sales Force Excellence drives sales execution quality through CRM optimization, KPI tracking, and adoption of standardized sales processes/tools; conducts root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and leads initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and operational discipline. Supports sales force excellence across capital and clinical sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy, and performance dashboards.
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
- Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines.
- Provide insights shaping targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4+ years in sales operations or commercial analytics.
- Bachelorβs degree minimum.
- Strong CRM/reporting expertise.
- Analytical, process-driven; strong stakeholder communication.
