Purpose
- Drive sales execution quality through CRM optimization, KPI tracking, and adoption of standardized sales processes and tools.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and lead initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and operational discipline.
- Support sales force excellence across the capital and clinical sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy, and performance dashboards.
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
- Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines.
- Provide insights that shape targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
- Onsite 3 days/week; remote 2 days/week (Santa Clara, CA; consideration for Cincinnati, OH).
Qualifications/Requirements
- 4+ years in sales operations or commercial analytics.
- Minimum of a Bachelorβs degree.
- Strong CRM/reporting expertise.
- Analytical and process-driven; strong stakeholder communication skills.
