Job Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding and launch programs for new Membership Care Network partners to implement and grow Caris Detect.
- Create scalable implementation resources that support adoption and integration into partner workflows.
- Support partner onboarding with marketing resources, educational materials, and customer communications.
- Partner with Commercial and Clinical Care teams to support implementation, adoption, utilization, and engagement.
- Improve onboarding effectiveness by identifying and removing implementation barriers.
- Develop scalable partner marketing toolkits, patient education materials, sales collateral, and commercial enablement resources.
- Create partner communication programs (webinars, newsletters, educational campaigns, customer communications).
- Develop reusable playbooks, case studies, and best practices for the network.
- Support co-marketing initiatives aligned with branding and compliance.
- Equip internal/customer-facing teams to support partners throughout the customer journey.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the partner experience; simplify implementation and improve engagement.
- Gather and synthesize feedback to improve programs, education, communications, and customer experience.
- Build repeatable processes to improve satisfaction, utilization, and long-term growth.
- Advocate for partner needs; incorporate customer insights into program development.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Measure program effectiveness with performance metrics; communicate progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years developing customer-facing marketing/education/onboarding or commercial enablement materials (preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/biotech/medical devices).
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, engagement, utilization, and long-term growth.
- Ability to translate complex technologies/clinical concepts into intuitive customer experiences and scalable programs.
- Proven process-improvement skills; reduce complexity; build repeatable programs.
- Exceptional project management and written/verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with stakeholders and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with provider networks/concierge/longgevity clinics/health systems/employer programs.
- Experience launching/commercializing diagnostic/screening/clinical/technology-enabled healthcare products.
- Experience developing partner marketing/co-marketing/customer lifecycle/commercial enablement programs.
- Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences.
