Position Summary
Manager, Partner Success & Membership Care Network Marketing for Caris Detect (full-time; reports to VP, Marketing – Caris Detect). Responsible for helping partners successfully launch, adopt, and grow Caris Detect programs through scalable onboarding, marketing resources, educational materials, and commercial enablement.

Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding and launch programs for new Membership Care Network partners.
- Create scalable implementation resources that simplify adoption and integration into partner workflows.
- Represent Marketing during onboarding to ensure resources, education, and customer communications support successful launches and engagement.
- Partner with Commercial and Clinical Care to support implementation, adoption, utilization, and engagement.
- Improve onboarding effectiveness and reduce implementation barriers.
- Build digital/print partner marketing toolkits, patient education materials, sales collateral, and other enablement materials.
- Create partner communication programs (webinars, newsletters, educational campaigns).
- Develop playbooks, case studies, and best practices for reuse across the network.
- Support co-marketing initiatives aligned to branding and compliance.
- Equip internal/customer-facing teams with partner-journey tools and information.
- Evaluate partner experience; gather/synthesize feedback to improve customer experience and programs.
- Develop repeatable processes and scalable programs to improve satisfaction, utilization, and growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Communications/Business/Healthcare Administration or related).
- 5+ years developing customer-facing marketing programs, education, onboarding, customer experience, or commercial enablement (preferably healthcare/diagnostics/biotech/med devices).
- Proven ability to drive adoption, engagement, utilization, and long-term growth.
- Ability to translate complex technical/clinical concepts into intuitive customer experiences and scalable programs.
- Strong project management; excellent written/verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with provider networks/concierge/longevity/health systems/employer health programs.
- Experience launching or commercializing diagnostic/screening/clinical/technology-enabled healthcare products.
- Experience with partner marketing, co-marketing, customer lifecycle, commercial enablement.
- Experience in regulated healthcare/life sciences.

Physical Demands
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; majority computer use; repetitive keyboard/mouse use; adequate hearing/visual acuity.
- Occasional travel up to 25%.
