Position Summary
Caris Detect is building a model for early cancer detection through an expanding network of longevity clinics, concierge medical practices, employer health programs, health systems, and other provider partners.
The Manager, Partner Success & Membership Care Network Marketing helps partners successfully launch, adopt, and grow Caris Detect programs by building scalable onboarding, marketing resources, educational materials, and commercial enablement programs. Works closely with Commercial, Clinical Care, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Customer Success.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding and launch programs for new Membership Care Network partners.
- Create scalable implementation resources to support adoption and integration into partner workflows.
- Lead marketing enablement during onboarding/implementation (materials, education, communications).
- Partner with Commercial and Clinical Care to support implementation, adoption, utilization, and engagement.
- Improve onboarding effectiveness; reduce implementation barriers.
- Build marketing toolkits, patient education, sales collateral, and enablement materials.
- Create partner communication programs (webinars, newsletters, educational campaigns).
- Develop playbooks, case studies, and reusable best practices.
- Support co-marketing initiatives aligned with branding and compliance.
- Equip internal/customer-facing teams to support partners across the customer journey.
- Evaluate partner experience and gather stakeholder feedback to improve programs/resources.
- Drive repeatable processes to improve partner satisfaction, utilization, and growth.
- Create project plans, measure performance metrics, and communicate progress/outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years developing customer-facing marketing, educational, onboarding, customer experience, or commercial enablement programs (preferably healthcare/diagnostics/biotech/medical devices).
- Proven success driving adoption, engagement, utilization, and long-term growth.
- Ability to translate complex products/clinical concepts into intuitive customer experiences and scalable programs.
- Strong process improvement and ability to build repeatable programs.
- Exceptional project management and written/verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal/external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience with provider networks/concierge/longgevity clinics/health systems/employer programs.
- Experience launching/commercializing diagnostic/screening/clinical/technology-enabled products.
- Experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, customer lifecycle, or commercial enablement.
- Experience in regulated healthcare/life sciences.
