Key Responsibilities:
- Define HCP omnichannel execution standards and maintain enterprise best practices (segment/eligibility rules, trigger logic, channel sequencing/cadence)
- Provide consultative execution support as an SME for brand teams, Media Architects, and pods (feasibility, dependencies, common execution pitfalls)
- Set readiness and quality expectations (launch-readiness and QA requirements; diagnose recurring execution issues)
- Enable full-funnel measurement and tracking (HCP engagement and adoption metrics; resolve measurement gaps)
- Enable test-and-learn execution (standardize experiment designs/templates: A/B sequencing, cadence, segment/eligibility, message/CTA, channel-mix; document learnings for playbooks)
- Report performance and learnings (standardized snapshots and post-sprint/post-campaign readouts; feed learnings to pods to inform plans/backlog)
- Support compliance and safety (aligned to internal governance, privacy/consent, FDA standards; flag risks and escalate)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5–7+ years in pharma/biopharma/healthcare marketing, communications, advertising/paid media; experience designing/executing/advising HCP omnichannel campaigns (segmentation, channel sequencing, trigger logic, full-funnel tracking)
- Proven SME/advisory experience for brand teams, media architects, or cross-functional pods
- Experience establishing tracking frameworks, analyzing engagement metrics, running test-and-learn experiments, and ensuring regulatory/privacy/internal-review compliance in pharma/healthcare marketing
