Responsibilities:
- Maintain market access data architecture and data flows; identify and resolve data quality/integrity issues.
- Collaborate with BTS and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex data problems and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop and execute data acquisition and enablement plan across Market Access data domains.
- Serve as SME for key Market Access domains (e.g., claims, payor/plan hierarchy, syndicated data assets).
- Lead design/build/implementation of new BI platforms and analytics solutions; drive platform enhancements.
- Establish BI standards, best practices, and governance.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather/ document/manage KPI requirements.
- Define/maintain business rules for data accuracy and consistency; translate business needs into BI technical specifications.
- Execute data assessments and make use-case recommendations to analytics teams.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Business, MIS, Engineering, and/or Operations; 5+ years in business intelligence/data analytics.
- 3–5 years leading projects independently.
- Experience with managed market controls/pricing (Trade, PBMs, Payors, Government), pharma supply chain, health system affiliations, and formulary data.
- Strong knowledge of syndicated pharmaceutical data sources (including claims); delivering BI initiatives concept-to-production.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), data modeling, database design.
- Hands-on ETL/cloud/programming: SQL, Trino, Snowflake, AWS; dimensional models and ETL workflows.
