Manager, Learning and Development

Role: Manager, Learning & Development at Novocure, focused on designing and delivering training programs for the U.S. field organization to enhance patient experience and commercial team performance. Responsibilities: develop instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions; conduct field coaching; support new product and process training; collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs; measure and improve training effectiveness; serve as a trusted learning partner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in biotech, pharma, medical device, sales, or clinical education; 3+ years in Learning & Development; experience facilitating technical or clinical product training; strong presentation, coaching, and relationship skills; ability to travel. Preferred: oncology industry experience; supporting commercial teams; adult learning and instructional design expertise; biotech or medical device background.
