Manager LCoE Training Operations

Role: Manager of Training Operations within Regeneron's Learning Center of Excellence, focusing on developing and deploying enterprise training initiatives. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional projects with Training Business Partners and designers, manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for moderately complex learning solutions, optimize processes, and identify automation and AI integration opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; 7+ years in learning solutions management, with 5+ years hands-on experience in learning technology and LMS systems; strong communication skills. Preferred: 3+ years in pharma, experience with O365, Power Apps, SharePoint, and AI tools like Copilot and Claude. High-Value: enterprise learning, process improvement, automation, AI exploration, LMS expertise, cross-functional collaboration, on-site roles in Warren, NJ or Armonk, NY, with no specified travel.
