Manager International Payroll

Role: Lead global payroll operations ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery across multiple international regions. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end payroll processes, manage vendor relationships, drive process standardization, support technology enhancements, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and other teams. Lead payroll transformation initiatives and develop payroll team capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field; 8+ years of progressive international payroll experience; 3+ years of leadership experience; expertise in international payroll regulations, taxation, compliance, and vendor management; proficiency in Excel and project management. HighValue: international payroll, multi-region compliance (Europe, India, Japan), payroll technology platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP), transformation projects, supporting complex global mobility and tax processes.
