The Manager, International Business provides infrastructure support for International Business (OUS/Outside US) activities, supporting planning, tracking, and execution of initiatives to enable an efficient, scalable organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage International Business meetings (agendas, facilitation, concise minutes, action items and timely follow-up).
- Manage operational aspects of the team (systems and reporting outputs).
- Track OUS status by product and provide stakeholder updates.
- Create project plans for new product and OUS country launches; coordinate execution and integration with partners.
- Work closely with Global Access and Patient Services teams.
- Provide tactical oversight with external vendors, partners, and consultants on OUS efforts.
- Coordinate contracting updates/amendments with procurement support (as needed).
- Ensure complete compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (general business, health sciences, public policy, or related).
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience.
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong project coordination and administration.
- Leadership and people management.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Team-oriented collaboration.
- Ability to manage complexity requiring both strategic and tactical skills.
Application/Role Details:
- Hybrid role; work on-site at a US facility and/or attend in-person company-sponsored events from time to time.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
