Role Summary
- Serve as a subject matter expert in electromechanical processes for Global BioDevices and implement a global electromechanical training strategy/curriculum for Field Service Personnel (FSPs).
Position Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Global Training & Cluster Support in developing and implementing a comprehensive electromechanical training curriculum for BioDevice and VMD equipment; liaise with US and International FSPs.
- Provide global support for electromechanical training resources and “Level III” BioDevice support.
- Use data platforms (e.g., Qstream, PV360 2.0) to improve programs; lead creation of electromechanical scenarios to assess competencies and gaps.
- Address field objections with consistent troubleshooting documentation; interpret data/feedback and update training accordingly; facilitate debriefs with global FSPs/CSSs and Senior Leadership.
- Act as SME with SAP, PLM, PV360 2.0; identify/order parts and manage logistics (including customs clearance).
- Collaborate with Instructional Designer/Technical Writer to create forms, work instructions, eLearnings, and other documents.
- Identify training needs, develop curriculum, and oversee onboarding/continued education/career development.
- Provide/manage virtual and in-person training for BioDevice components.
- Manage global Technical Bulletins, Field Service Alerts, and ECOs/BCOs and communicate changes to CSSs/FSPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years? (not stated) ; Associate’s degree+ (EET/Mechatronics) OR 8 years’ experience in industrial electromechanical control systems/applications; electrical certifications preferred.
- Strong project/document management (Vault/Jira preferred), Agile experience, MS Office and Zoetis systems.
- Proficiency with Camtasia, Jira, Adobe, and Articulate eLearning (required).

- Office/lab work; occasional customer field rides.
