Purpose:
- Provide end-to-end finance leadership and support for the Neuroscience business unit (Qulipta).
- Own US Qulipta franchise revenue forecasting; support commercial GMs; develop and maintain forecasting models (including patient flow models and what-if scenarios) and month-end close activities.
- Partner with CoE Forecasting, Price Forecasting, Sales & Marketing, Market Access, and Demand Planning.

Responsibilities:
- Align on market/patient assumptions (quant + qualitative) for LBE, Plan, Long Range Plan; develop scenario planning.
- Integrate hypotheses into forecast models; maintain/improve patient flow model for precise outputs.
- Prepare and submit monthly ADS; deliver Min/Max scenarios; partner with Global Operations and Demand Planning for optimal supply vs. demand.
- Use external data (IQVIA, payer mix, wholesaler inventory) to provide market-event insights and align demand assumptions.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on demand components; support month-end/quarter-end close with short-term forecast views; monitor Weekly Dashboard.
- Load forecasts into financial systems (CDLF, ADS, etc.) for consolidation; ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare management review decks (LBE, Plan, LRP) with concise narratives on key performance drivers.
- Provide decision support with clear narratives, robust financials, and executive-ready deliverables.
- Support decision support/special projects (e.g., AI Pilot) and ad-hoc analyses for business drivers, quarterly earnings prep, and companywide initiatives.
- Perform responsibilities with high self-motivation and autonomy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Preferred: MBA in Accounting/Finance and/or CPA/CMA.
- 7 years progressive FP&A experience in the pharma industry.

Skills/Experience:
- Forecasting experience; business acumen; understanding of business dynamics.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Knowledge of the financial planning process.
- Proactive problem identification and evaluation of opportunities.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills (summarize complex dynamics for executives).
- Ability to operate independently, lead multiple processes, and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced technical skills; experience with systems such as PowerBI and CDLF.
