Position Overview:
- Support enterprise executive development and key talent initiatives to strengthen leadership capability, advance succession readiness, and enhance the experience of high-potential talent.
- Partner with Talent Management, Business Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver and continuously improve executive development programs for Director- and Vice President-level leaders.
- Support enterprise executive coaching and assessment programs, managing relationships with external coaching and assessment vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee talent pool management, stakeholder engagement, and program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and benchmarking; ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability.
- Manage financial, administrative, and contract-related activities in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Talent Program Support:
- Design and deliver executive development programs for Director- and Vice President-level leaders.
- Assess and enhance program effectiveness using data analysis, participant feedback, and external benchmarking.
- Improve participant experience by evaluating outcomes and recommending content/format/delivery enhancements.
- Manage Director- and Vice President-level Talent Pools (data accuracy, integrity, timely updates in system of record).
- Executive Coaching:
- Lead the Executive Coaching platform; oversee engagements, track activity, measure impact, and report key metrics.
- Manage coaching firm relationships, including coordinating monthly partnership meetings.
- Enterprise Assessments:
- Manage enterprise assessment programs (e.g., Hogan; WWW 360 survey) to provide actionable insights for leadership development and talent decisions.
- Oversee external assessment vendor relationships for quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Assess capability needs with business leaders and HR; align development with succession strategies and business priorities.
- Facilitate clear, transparent communication among executives, stakeholders, and participants.
- Ensure enterprise-wide collaboration and shared accountability for success measures and execution.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage external partner relationships for executive development solutions.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure quality and compliance standards.
- Review vendor performance and innovate sourcing to maximize ROI.
- Financial and Contract Management:
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to manage MSAs, Statements of Work, Work Orders, invoice processing, and tracking.
- Submit and track monthly US chargebacks and annual OUS chargebacks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, executive development, or organizational development.
- Experience with executive-level talent programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Experience managing executive coaching and/or assessment programs, including vendor coordination and administration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project/program management and data analysis skills to improve effectiveness.
- Experience managing external vendors, contracts, and administrative processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
