Manager, Enterprise Learning & Development

Role: Lead enterprise-wide development experience initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness, workforce capability, and organizational performance at AbbVie. Responsibilities: identify emerging talent needs, design scalable development solutions, spearhead innovation and continuous improvement, develop content for virtual and in-person learning, ensure program quality and measure impact, oversee project planning and stakeholder communication, manage external training vendors, and drive adoption of new approaches. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or organizational capability, proven leadership in large initiatives, excellent communication and project management skills, expertise in instructional design, and proficiency with digital tools including Adobe Suite, MS Office, WebEx, and shared drives. Preferred: strong collaborator with influence across levels, experience in adult learning principles, and ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in solution deployment.
