Purpose
- Lead organization, job, compensation, and personal data management processes and services; manage Tier 2 Data management specialists; maximize shared service center value using HCM and other technology solutions; provide tactical project support for HR programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison with Business Technology Solution (BTS), Data and Digital Strategy (DDS), and Center of Excellence teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll) and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure functional integrity and high-quality, seamless employee service with Tier 1; align processes with guidelines and manage resourcing effectively.
- Provide oversight of annual Performance, Compensation, and Benefit programs related to employee organization, job, and compensation data management.
- Support team member inquiries and resolve issues using contact center procedures, policy manuals, knowledge management systems, and reference materials.
- Meet/exceed KPIs aligned to efficient and excellent service delivery.
- Participate in selection, training, and coaching; build an environment that engages and retains talent.
- Manage team performance, procedures, and training/quality monitoring; monitor, measure, and give feedback on direct reports’ goals.
- Support teammates developing plans; escalate inquiries timely when additional research/analysis is needed.
- Provide inputs/feedback to update, simplify, or enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities; participate in special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, HR operations, and customer services; 3+ years in supervisory/people management.
- Strong business and HR acumen.
- Knowledge of large-scale data management, payroll, time, and HRIS systems; strong technology skills.
- Understanding of interactions between HR, accounting, and finance.
- Ability to influence across teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, decision-making skills; process orientation.
- Ability to consistently meet/exceed goals and KPIs with an excellence mindset.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
