Brief Description:
- Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights delivers data-driven insights supporting franchise strategy, performance tracking, and business decisions. Leads secondary data analytics, supports primary market research, and translates findings into actionable recommendations across customer types.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel).
- Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance optimization, and HCP/patient journeys.
- Use advanced analytics and segmentation to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain standardized dashboards/reports/tools for ongoing performance monitoring.
- Support data quality/consistency via validation and alignment.
- Design/execute primary qualitative and quantitative market research across HCPs, HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, and payers.
- Integrate primary and secondary insights; interpret and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform strategic market/competitive/landscape analyses.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access; align with data strategy/technology teams; improve research processes/tools.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Experience analyzing secondary pharma/healthcare datasets (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, prescriber-level).
- Primary market research expertise (qualitative: interviews/focus groups; quantitative: surveys/segmentation).
- Proficiency with analytics/visualization/query tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
- Pharma/healthcare dataset experience (e.g., IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims).
- Structured problem-solving; collaborative, self-starter in a fast-paced matrix environment.
Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or related field required.
- 4β6+ years progressive experience in analytics/market research/consulting.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred; regulated industry experience preferred.
Benefits/Compensation (US):
- Base pay range: $120,000β$180,000.
- Potential for discretionary annual bonus/incentive and equity; medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and flexible paid vacation.
