Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (e.g., claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel ecosystem).
- Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance optimization, and HCP/patient journeys.
- Apply advanced analytics and structured approaches (including segmentation) to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor brand and portfolio performance.
- Support data quality and consistency efforts (validation and alignment across data sources and reporting outputs).

- Design and execute primary market research (qualitative and quantitative) across customer types (HCPs/HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, payers).
- Integrate primary and secondary data insights; interpret and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform and interpret strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access; collaborate with data strategy/technology teams.
- Support standardized analytical framework development and continuously improve processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, prescriber-level data).
- Strong primary market research skills (interviews/focus groups; surveys/segmentation).
- Proficiency with analytics/visualization/query tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
- Experience with pharma/healthcare datasets (e.g., IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims data).
- Structured problem-solving; collaborative, self-starter; adaptable in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or related field required; 4 to 6+ years progressive experience in analytics/market research/consulting.
- Advanced degree (MBA/related) preferred; healthcare/pharma/regulatory industry experience preferred.
