Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel).
- Synthesize insights across sources to inform brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance optimization, and HCP/patient journeys.
- Use advanced analytics (including segmentation) to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities.
- Develop/maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for ongoing brand/portfolio monitoring.
- Support data quality/consistency (validation and alignment across sources and reporting).
- Design and execute qualitative/quantitative primary market research across HCPs, HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, and payers.
- Integrate primary and secondary insights; interpret/communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
- Partner across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access; collaborate with data strategy/technology teams.
- Improve research processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical/healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy/prescriber data).
- Strong primary market research skills (qualitative: interviews/focus groups; quantitative: surveys/segmentation).
- Proficiency with analytics/visualization/query tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
- Experience with pharma/healthcare datasets (e.g., IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims).
- Structured problem-solving; collaborative, self-starter; adaptable in a fast-paced matrix environment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in quantitative/scientific/business or related field (required).
- 4 to 6+ years progressive experience in analytics, market research, or consulting.
- Advanced degree (MBA/related) preferred; healthcare/pharma highly regulated industry preferred.
Benefits/Comp (US-based):
- Base pay range: $120,000.00β$180,000.00; may be eligible for discretionary annual cash bonus/incentives and discretionary equity grants.
