Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel).
- Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance optimization, and HCP/patient journeys.
- Use advanced analytics and structured approaches (including segmentation) to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor brand/portfolio performance.
- Support data quality and consistency (validation and alignment across data sources and reporting).
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research across customer types (HCPs, HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, payers).
- Integrate primary and secondary insights; communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform and interpret strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access stakeholders; collaborate with data strategy/technology teams.
- Support standardized analytical frameworks; continuously improve tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 4 to 6+ years progressive experience in analytics, market research, or consulting.
- Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical/healthcare data (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy/prescriber-level data).
- Strong primary research skills (interviews/focus groups; surveys/segmentation).
- Proficiency with analytics/visualization/query tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
- Experience with pharma/healthcare datasets (e.g., IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims).
- Structured problem-solving; collaborative, self-starter in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or related field (required).
- MBA or relevant graduate degree (preferred).
- Healthcare/pharma or other highly regulated industry experience (preferred).
