Manager Consumer Marketing will execute consumer and patient strategies and social media marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and treatment adherence for individuals at risk for severe COVID-19.

Responsibilities:
- Support Director of Consumer Marketing and agency partners to ensure brand strategy accountability and exceptional execution of social media plan tactics and deliverables.
- Guide and oversee tactical implementation and ongoing optimization of EUA-compliant consumer marketing plans.
- Support development and execution of integrated launch campaigns for new product launches; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure readiness and flawless execution.
- Build and scale social media influencer campaigns aligned with brand voice and regulatory requirements.
- Support development of patient-facing materials and campaigns (educational resources, digital/social content, testimonials, videos, brochures, and website content) with consistent, compliant brand messaging.
- Collaborate with patient services and advocacy to support marketing material needs and develop targeted programming.
- Measure and evaluate brand performance and modify tactical plans as needed.
- Oversee agency partners to develop and execute creative campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
- Consumer marketing experience in pharma, biotech, consumer health, or OTC desired.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external agencies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from complex sources.
- Hands-on experience managing workflows through legal/regulatory promotional review process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Local candidate preferred; up to 30% in-office required.
