Summary
- This role is responsible for day-to-day operational execution across customer-facing, contracting, pricing, billing, and distribution processes, owning key channel and account workflows and coordinating across the commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational execution across key channel and account workflows supporting customer-facing, contracting, pricing, billing, and distribution processes.
- Support contract administration: coordinate contract content review/negotiation with stakeholders; pricing governance; resolve billing/invoicing issues; coordinate account balances; manage channel loading.
- Administer customer portal tools and support field-facing processes, customer coordination, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Oversee incoming operational requests (new account activations, evaluation kit requests, demo kit replenishments, post-sale support) to ensure timely execution and cross-team alignment.
- Produce and communicate regular performance reporting to leadership to identify trends and monitor operational effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams to develop/maintain tools and resources that improve visibility, efficiency, and process discipline.
- Drive project execution across operational improvement initiatives.
- Partner with field sales and commercial leadership to identify business needs, surface operational risks, and improve day-to-day execution.
- Support development and ongoing execution of operational processes and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in commercial support, customer account management, healthcare administration, business analytics, or other cross-functional business functions required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing processes, contract review/coordination, account administration, pricing, order management, or other cross-functional operational workflows required.
- Healthcare/hospital/health system or medical device/pharmaceutical experience preferred (medical device strongly preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs; ability to travel as needed.
